true V.S fake

Well Katniss healed Peeta...he seems to be ok now thanks to her , but some how Peetas not upset for that , but why did he not get mad ? Was it he felt thankfull for her , or was it just that he was giving her a break for a while after getting cut up ? I still wonder if Peetas playing this love role...is what he's saying true , or is he trying to get some attention from the sponsers ? I wonder what katniss thinks of him , or what she is wondering about...
